# Driftawave

> Driftawave is a Dutch travel company, founded in 2023 by Gina Schinkel, that designs team retreats, company offsites and group workations for remote-first and distributed teams, companies and communities.

Our mission is to turn a few days together into the energy your team runs on all year, working towards a world where flexibility and trust coexist with culture and growth. Programmes run across six thematic tracks: Team Building, Leadership, Communication and PR, Marketing and Creativity, Agile and Innovation, and Startup and Scaleup. Groups run from small founder retreats to company offsites of several hundred people. The goal picks the format, intention first. Trips are carried by Dutch-licensed traveller protection through ANVR, VZR Garant and Calamiteitenfonds Reizen. Venue only or white glove, you choose. A-Z; venue, logistics, programme, trainers/coaches and full operational support through all? Give us a shout.
